5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided. During high-volume periods or carrier delays, shipping times may be extended. We will communicate delays whenever possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier availability:

U.S. orders: typically delivered in 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Risk of Loss: Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the customer. However, we assist customers with carrier claims and resolution whenever possible.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, email info@mydreamykitchen.com with your order number for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers should use products as instructed and avoid exposing items to extreme temperatures or improper handling.
